Withdrawals are sent back to the same method used for your most recent deposit, in line with standard anti-money laundering practice. Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. Processing is normally initiated within the same business day for most requests. PKR38 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa account may apply its own charges on their end for transactions — check your payment provider's terms for clarity on their fees. Withdrawal cancellation may be possible if the request has not yet been processed. Contact PKR38 support immediately if you want to cancel. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent, it cannot be reversed on PKR38's side.

PKR38 does not store your JazzCash, Easypaisa or card credentials directly. Payment data is handled through certified payment processors over encrypted connections. PKR38 only retains transaction records — not your sensitive payment credentials.

Markets available during a match typically include the next over runs, next wicket method, match winner and more. If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required to constitute a result (as defined by the relevant cricket authority), most bets are voided and stakes are returned to your PKR38 balance. Bets on markets that were already settled before the abandonment (for example, an over-by-over market that completed before play was stopped) may stand. For most bet types, winnings are credited to your PKR38 balance shortly after the match result is confirmed and settled. Pre-match bets are settled after the final result is determined. In-play bets that cover completed markets are settled as those markets close. Log into your account, go to Account Settings and locate the Responsible Gaming section. Select Self-Exclusion, choose the duration (30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or indefinite) and confirm.
