1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the PKR38 platform — whether through the website at pkr38.onl or the PKR38 Android application — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the full agreement between you and PKR38 regarding your use of the platform. They apply to all services offered on PKR38, including Live Casino, Sports Betting, Slots, Fish Games, Bingo and the VIP programme.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

3 Account Registration

If your information changes, you must update your account accordingly. PKR38 may suspend accounts where information appears to be false or outdated.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on PKR38 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, cards and mobile wallets. Deposits made via these methods are typically credited to your PKR38 balance within minutes of confirmation.

PKR38 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account owned by someone other than the PKR38 account holder — are prohibited. Where such deposits are identified, PKR38 reserves the right to void any play funded by those deposits and return the original amount to the source.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• PKR38 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error should be reported to support promptly. PKR38 cannot guarantee reversal once funds have been credited to a game balance and wagered.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on PKR38 are processed in PKR. Funds are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit — for example, if you deposited via JazzCash, withdrawal will be processed to your JazzCash account. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, PKR38 may request identity verification documents. This is a routine requirement and applies to all accounts at certain thresholds. Documents typically include a valid CNIC or passport. Providing false verification documents is a serious breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements of the specific bonus. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being voided prior to processing.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

PKR38 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, bingo card credits and VIP-specific promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, game eligibility, minimum deposit requirements and expiry dates — which are stated at the time the bonus is offered. These specific terms take precedence over any general statements about bonuses in these Terms.

Standard bonus rules applicable across all PKR38 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified time window. Expired bonuses cannot be reissued.
• Only one active bonus can be held at a time unless PKR38 explicitly permits combining offers.

7 Gameplay & Fair Use

• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine play.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, copy or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Game content — including graphics, sounds and mechanics — belongs to the respective game providers and is licensed to PKR38 for use on the platform. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is a breach of third-party intellectual property rights.

12 Limitation of Liability

PKR38 operates the platform on a best-efforts basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and events outside PKR38's control may affect platform availability. PKR38 will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

PKR38 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Interruptions to platform access caused by circumstances outside our control.
